Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Dear Rao and Tanvir, Just wanted to add the following to your post: Arudha can be calculated for the houses and the grahas.Grah Arudha and Arudha Padas. It is how the world sees the various aspects about the native. 1.If Arudha falls in the7th house then the 4th house should be taken instead. If it falls in the 1st house then the 10th house should be taken instead.Arudha cannot fall in the Lagna or the 7th house as they are the native himself and the native's desires or reflection. 2.When the lagna lord is a rasi like Aquarius with two lords then the stronger lord should be taken. The strength is determined as per conjuntions, exaltation etc 3.If one co lord is in lagna itself then take the other lord to calculate the arudha. Hope this helps. Best Wishes, Kanupriya. >"Rao Nemani" >vedic astrology >vedic astrology >[vedic astrology] Re: Bhava Lagna ? >Mon, 22 Sep 2003 00:49:59 -0000 > >Dear Tanvir, > >Namaste, > >Here is what my understanding of Aurdha Pada from teaching/ >readings from my Guru Ji, Sanjay Ji and Narasimha Ji and other >classical texts. > >Arudha means "MOUNT" and refers to the IMAGE of a sign >falling on another due to "reflection of the rays emanating >from it and being reflected by its lord. > >Keeping the reflection in view, the Karaka (Significator) >can be taken to be the Moon.
