Ketu or Rahu

Hi

Well as you know rahu and ketu are considered notorious planets

generally. However I have seen that when placed in kendras/trikona

houses in conjunction with strong benefic planets, they chnage their

inherent malefic nature and acquire the characteristics of the

benefic planet. So they give strong beneficial effects during their

periods while the sufferings come in the period of the conjunct

benefic planets! ALso when placed in 11th house(LABH_STAHANA) in

conjunction with strong benefic planets/yogakaraka or having a strong

dispoistor, they make the person very rich financially(often by

controversial/unacceptable means) and make such persons, the envy of

others. So while others struggle, these persons always seem to get

strong materialistic gains throughout their life(even in a

recession), even when periods of Rahu and Ketu are not running in

their lives. (Its another story that other planets if afflicted/badly

placed may result in losses simultaneously but the financial gains

keep continuing and such persons think that they should get even more

(they get used to such big gains with minimum efforts)).

 

If linked to ascendant things go fine in their periods, assuming the

ascendant lord is not afflicted and placed strongly in its own

sign/house/friendly sign's house. So basically they get their

strength form the ascendant lord.

Hi Vani

Well you need to pot your birth data, because it all depends upon

Jupiter's strength. Also my comments were regarding some persons whom

I knew for last several years and each case is diferent depending

upon placements/signs of Natal Rahu/Ketu, their dispositor's strngth,

the strength of planets in cojunction with them or influencing

them. ..or instead of posting your data(if you do not desire), then

you can look at your Natal Jupiter's strength in Rashi for a quick

interpretation and also is it a waxing moon or a waning moon etc., .
