Dear Ajith

Well as per my knowledge, the planet giving neechbhanga status should

be very strong and placed in its own/exalted/friendly signs, and

should be in a kendra from the Lagna or the Moon. It can also give

neechbhanga if it apsects the neecha planet by Graha Dristi or it is

in conjunction with it. This particular planet, which gives

neechbhanga status should not be afflicted by malefics, or the nodes

or combust or involved in planetary wars or at Rashi Sandhi. It

should also not be a functional malefic or suffering from Kendra-

adhipati dosha at the same time.

ALso Lords of mooltrikonas become extremely malefic when they are

also lord of dusth-sthanas i.e., 6th/8th/12th houses and so

neechbhanga given by such planets is useless practially. Even

otherwise when Lords of mooltrikonas are not lords of dusth-sthanas,

they are primarliy concerned with executing their designated/offcial

duties and neechbhanga is intself a secondary effect in any case.

The Neecha planet always causes hardships and struggles and gives

success only later on, during its mahadasa/anatar-dasa provided it

has a strong neechbhanga giving planet... That's all I know...Regards

RMK.
