What are the favourable positions for a Foreign Travel(Not Settling in

Foreign country)?

The favourable positions for Foreign Travel is Considered to be 9th

House and the sign of the Rasi to be a watery House.

But that's not seen to be proving right for a native here who has got 4

planets in 9th house in pisces.and the Dasha and Bhukti are of
