Atmakaraka Bhukti

How should one judge Atmakarka bhukti when debilitated in Navamsa?

 

I know that the native suffers a lot of mental stress during the

Atmakaraka bhukti and usually during this period native is drawn

towards spirituality, but how would Atmakaraka bhukti manifest at

physical level?

 

For example, usually Sade-sati (when Shani is not benevolent in the

chart) would cause a lot of delay in giving rewards to the native,

however, the native does get rewarded for his/her efforts ultimately.

Does the same hold true for Atmakarka bhukti as well?
