The correction can also be due to the fact that Narasimha used 360 degrees year instead of 365.2425 days per year. I found a difference of a couple of days in my chart. So it does not necessarily mean the ayanamsa is not correct. Of course, we are threading a very narrow and shadowy path when we go into such minute details. But I guess persons like Narasimha and myself are very much given to detailed studies - the Virgo effect, for sure....
