Dear Tina,

 

No, I do not rinse with clean water, because after

cleaning it with Kacchi Lassi and reciting gemstone,

one wears it. After wearing, just wash your hands with

simple water. So no stickiness.

 

If you can not get Ganga Jal, you can use simple tap

water, which u use for drinking.

 

Yes, I use this method when gem is worn for the first

time and I do not take off the gem / ring. So, it is

not clear to me, what you meant by first time. The

gemstone (in a ring) should be worn and should not be

taken off.

 

Well, I cannot comment of blessing the gem in temple.

Never did and not read about it. I hope senior members

and gurus will shed light on this.
