See what is the Dasha and Antara going on ? Is it connected to 4th house or 4th

lord,Kuja,the Karaka for lands and also Shukra,the Gruha Karaka ? Also see the

transits of these planets.When Shani is Vakra dont advise to buy any new house

rather he can buy old house.If the planets as mentioned above are in trine or

kendra to each other then during that period he can buy a house.But transits

and SAV bindus are also to be considered.Uttarayana is auspicious.
