Om Gurave Namah

Dear Fatima,

There is a whole portion of Astrology which deals with

natives whose time of birth is lost. It's called Nashta Jataka or lost

horoscopy. There are many books available for the same.Just a few points below

to guide you but a detailed reading is a must:

1.There are several methods to find the time of birth or even

the date and year etc.The time can be calculated through a Prasanna. The

placement of the Lagna of the Prasanna and it's degrees gives the Uttar Ayana

or Dakshin Ayana.According to Saravali,if the Lagna in the Prasanna is placed

with in the first 15 degrees of the sign then the birth took place in Uttar

ayana and if beyond that then in Dakshin Ayana.

2.The strongest planetary influence on the Lagna gives the ritu

of the birth.

3.The Moon sign will help in calculating the native's Moon

sign.

4.The placement of Jupiter helps in calculating the year of

birth since Jupiter moves just one every year.

Similarly, the tithi, Lagna etc can be calculated for the native. If someone came

and asked you about thier birth time then you need to look at the Prasanna rasi

chart but if you are finding it for someone else then you need to look at the

Navamsa chart. There are many calculations done at each step and the process is

long but the calculations are very simple and basic and one can arrive at the

birth chart with carefull assesement of the Prasanna chart. You can look

at:Brihat Jataka,Saravali,Nashta Jataka by Daivagyan and many other books for

more details. There is another method in which the number is taken from the

native between 1 and 108 and calculations from that number can give

detials.Search the Archives of the SJC group and I am sure you will find much

more.

Best Wishes,

Kanupriya.

Dear Shaheen Fatima,

If the boy visits one of the Nadi Centres spread over India, his chart could be

in one of these centres. Addresses of Nadi Centres are given in 'Nadi

Predictions' by Wing Commander Shashikant Oak. Tha book may be available on a

book stall selling astrology books.

Alternatively, a good astro-palmist could draw his chart from print of his right hand palm.

Best Wishes

Shiv Chadha
