Hello Mark,

 

Actually I think retrograde Saturn for Kumbha lagna becomes a

neutral. I don't know about placement in Capricorn, Aquarius and

Libra - in that case it is own house/retrograde, and in case of

Libra, exalted/retrograde. But mine is in Taurus and I'm being told

Saturn ® loses some beneficiance due to retrograde, so I think in

this case on some introspection that Saturn becomes a neutral.

Anyways, the whole of Jyotish helps only to some extent, ie when it

comes to remedials, as everyone has to pay obeissance to each planet

in the chart, in its own way, be it Saturn or Jupiter, etc.
