Guest guest
Hello Mark, Actually I think retrograde Saturn for Kumbha lagna becomes a neutral. I don't know about placement in Capricorn, Aquarius and Libra - in that case it is own house/retrograde, and in case of Libra, exalted/retrograde. But mine is in Taurus and I'm being told Saturn ® loses some beneficiance due to retrograde, so I think in this case on some introspection that Saturn becomes a neutral. Anyways, the whole of Jyotish helps only to some extent, ie when it comes to remedials, as everyone has to pay obeissance to each planet in the chart, in its own way, be it Saturn or Jupiter, etc. Jayashree vedic astrology, "Mark Kincaid" <m.kincaid@m...> wrote: > Dear Jayashree: > > Can't look at just one quality. > > Yes, for Kumbha rising, Saturn rules both 1st and 12th houses... > so as such it's going to be a 'mixture' of benefic and malefic. > > then, you have to look at where Saturn is.... > > Because if Saturn is in Capricorn or Aquarius....or exalted in Libra... > then it'll be a functional 'benefic'..... > > Then, there's the part of Jyotish which has to do with Remedial measures... > and Saturn after all represents.... > > balance, and timings....and doing the right thing at the right time.... > > so once you start doing obeisances or surrenders to Saturn. ....
