You have to answer a lot more questions I am going to ask you.

 

Where is Moon placed in your chart. Conditions for Neechabhanga Raj

Yoga is always wrt to Lagna or Moon

 

Lets apply some conditions for Neechabhanga Raj Yogas for you. I

love doing this.

 

Rule #1. The planet that rules the rasi in which the debilitated

planet is placed is on an angle from the Lagna or the Moon.

 

[in your case VENUS rules LIBRA and is not at an angle to the

LAGNA ? Is it on an angle to the Moon? ]

 

Rule # 2. The planet that is exalted in the rasi in which the

debilitated planet is placed is on an angle from the Lagna or the

Moon.

 

[in your case, the planet that gets exalted in Libra is Saturn. Is

Saturn at an angle to Lagna or Moon? ]

 

Rule # 3. The lord of the rasi in which the debilitated planet is

exalted is on an angle from the Lagna or the Moon.

 

[ In your case, Lord of Rasi is Venus, venus is exalted in Pisces

and Lord of Pisces is Jupiter. Jupiter is not an angle to the Lagna

as per your statement. Is it at an angle to the Moon?? ]

 

In the above 3 cases the planet that cancels the debilitation gains

strength and motivation from the debilitated planet and uplifts the

native. The dasa of the planet canceling the debilitation will give

the success, while the dasa of the debilitated planet will be

troublesome. The planet canceling the debilitation also supports the

indications of the debilitated planet.

 

Rule # 4. The lord of the planet's debilitation rasi and the lord of

its exaltation rasi are joined or on angles from each other.

In this case the dasas of these two lords give the success, while

the dasa of the debilitated planet is troublesome. Again, the

planets canceling the debilitation support the indications of the

debilitated planet.

SATURN. Are VENUS and SATURN conjunct? Are Venus and Saturn at an

angle to each other? ]]]

 

PLease answer all the above ones carefully or give me the exact

placements of all planets in your NATAL and I will tell you as to

when you will have Neechabhanga Raja Yogas.

 

We also have to factor in all the cancellations for Neecha Planets

in your Rasi and Navamsha as well.
