Muhurta for starting business ( Mahalaya paksha)

Dear Hari,

Mahalaya Month or Pitru Paksha means it is the time our ancestors coming to

visit us and we have to give Tarpana to get their blessings.In this month only

such kind of rituals like Preta Dosha Nivarana rituals ( Naryana Bali etc.) can

be performed and the results will be very fast and you get the Blessings from

Ancestors.

Purohit.Are you norrth indian (sindhi) by any chance/?..as i can post it in

Dear Dinesh,

 

The specific pitr paksha (krishna) before Devi paksha (shukla) of the month of

Ashwin is special. The day Devi paksha commences is known as Mahalaya. During

Devi paksha, the annual ritual worship of Goddess Durga as Mahishasuramardini

is performed in eastern India. In the north, fast is maintained from Shukla

pratipad to shukla navami as navaratri.
