Guest guest
Dear Friends, Courage, temerity and folly walk hand in hand. Shall not a better result be achieved where we need to continually 'reach within' ourselves rather than passing the responsibility to a second party in the shape of a hypnotist? There are many practices that require long dedication and less reliance on a 'quick hit or miss technique', that will give a safer and - in the longer term - more satisfactory result. All traditions exhort the individual to 'know thyself'. We will be better advised to tread the longer path that is more thorough, entails greater personal commitment and teaches the true worth of all things. It is only then that the sadhak sees the so-called past/present/future as a reflection of a single facet of the One Jewel. To gaze upon that Jewel directly is a far wiser choice. Here we see the wisdom behind the oft repeated observation that the siddhis are a station on the journey and not a destination... Ahamkara is something we need to remain aware of. Our lives are a continuation of the past. We commit the same mistakes, and the same impressions are carried. And there is a feeling of helplessness, when we falter.WHat should be done in such circumstances. Know the past!!Know your future!!!But it requires little bit of courage, isn't it?regardspartha
