Dear Narasimha,

In continuation of this discussion, position of the Moon in varga charts should

determine sade sati period for the issue concerned /by varga/, as well as other

/regular/ manifestations of transit over other varga planets- that would be

natural extension, is that so?

Thanks,

agree with you regarding the symbolic representation. But i try to beleive the

symbol in navamsha is just a symbol within a symbol.Because in whatever

possible ways i think of a transformation,i cannot reach a logical

conclusion. And today i have read that each pada has a lord. This was what

Chandrashekhar ji was mentioning yesterday.Though we say whole ashwini is

lorded by ketu(4 padas) , each individual pada has a lord.Just imagine how will

you transform a degree in rashi into navamsha. If we you are thinking a

transformation of rashi longitude into navmsha(full sign is possible ) i have

no problem - but then the navamsha positions what we get from the software is

incorrect.Because a one to one transformation of rashi as well as planetary

position should take place.Either this or that both cannot

go together. But what the software is doing is perfect as per the definition of

Parashara.ThanksPradeepvedic astrology, 108ar

in general. However, my understanding of this issue is that 'aries is aries'

because we have to bear in mind that we deal with the symbolic representation,

so, if aries happens to be say lagna in varga chart it represents the whole

sign /otherwise it would be another segment/sign../. I don't see contradiction

here-just a bit of abstract thinking in applying the principle. As,at the same

time, not much will manifest from varga promisses if rashi-navamsa don't

promise that in a 'seed'form, as well.> Hope this helps with this seemingly

I send to the List now- I hope/d/ that both my Q, and Narsimha's reply will help

Pradeep detach from his perspective, and get the answers.

Dear Narasimha,

Thank you for confirmation. Just to mention one example /of more I've seen so

far/. My D3 Moon and Ju are placed in /D3/ Lagna/Cn/. During SS transit over

these /D3/ planets, I had the most traumatic situation related to my brother

/dasa of badhakesh 11thL was running/. D2P with Moon in the same position was

affected too, but to a lesser extent /dasa didn't 'prepare the terrain' for

anything serious to happen, I think/. Sa transit in my NT eight, brought some

career concerns, but it is where Moon is placed in D10. And other transits seem

to work the same way- again, the relevance of events seem to be related to dasas

periods.Best regards,

Dear Anna,

You are right. Not only Saturn's transit, but transits of all planets can be

seen. For example, I got in touch with Sanjay and was accepted by him as a

student when Jupiter was transiting in Aq. Why Aq? It is the 1st house from my

natal rasi Moon. That is not a good transit. Why did I find a guru?

I think it is because Aq is the 9th from my natal siddhamsa Moon. My D-24 chart

has lagna and Moon in Ge. Aq is the 9th from there. When Jupiter was transiting

in the 9th house, guru's blessings came.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha
