Then click on "Panchanga" in the bottom tab. RahuK stands for Rahu kalam. GulikaK stands for Gulika kalam. YamaG stands for Yama gandam. > Thanks for your help in advance. > > Regards > Raghunadha Rao May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha
Guest guest
The formula for rahu kalam is as follows: First determine the sunrise and sunset time for the location of interest. Take the length of that day and divide it into Eight parts. Drop the first part. Second part is for monday Third part is for Saturday Fourth part is for Friday Fifth part is for Wednesday Sixth part is for Thursday Seventh part is for Tuesday Eighth part is for Sunday Using this, you should now be able to calculate the Rahukalam for Minneapolis today. venkatachalam Rao Nemani wrote: > * Om Krishna Guru * > > Dear Guru's and Leanred Members: > > Namaste, > > I have found the Rahu Kalam is as follows: > > 1) If the sunrise is at 6:00 AM and Sun set is at : 6:00 PM > Mon : 7:30 to 9:00 > Tue : 15:00 to 16:30 > Wed : 12:00 to 13:30 > Thu : 13:30 to 15:00 > Fri : 10:30 to 12:00 > Sat : 9:00 to 10:30 > Sun : 16:30 to 18:00 > > 2) Can you please educate me the calculations/formulae for Minneapolis > city, where > the Sunrise took place today at : 7:26:25 and expected Sunset is at : > 18:29:42 > > Mon : > Tue : > Wed : > Thu : > Fri : > Sat : > Sun : > > Also please tell me, how to find this Rahu Kalam in our JH 5 Software. > > Thanks for your help in advance. > > Regards > Raghunadha Rao > > ------ > > The New Shopping > </?__yltc=s%3A150000443%2Cd%3A22708228%2Cslk%3Atext%2Cs\ ec%3Amail> > - with improved product search > Sponsor > > Click Here! > <http://rd./M=244522.3707890.4968055.1261774/D=egroupweb/S=1705082686:H\ M/A=1595056/R=0/SIG=124p07ne0/*http://ashnin.com/clk/muryutaitakenattogyo?YH=370\ 7890&yhad=1595056> > > > > > > > > > ....... Guest guest
Om Gurave namah Dear Rao Use the astadala padma (eight petal lotus) or Kala chakra (see prasna marga or VRA) and starting with the day of the lord, count to Rahu. add 1 hr 30 min (one kala) for each planet and you will arrive at the rahu kala. Don't skip this and learn all you can about the kala chakra as it is fundamental to jyotish Best wishes Sanjay Rath - Rao Nemani VarahaMihira VarahaMihira ; Vedic Astrology Group Monday, October 13, 2003 11:35 AM [vedic astrology] Rahu Kalam Calculation ? * Om Krishna Guru * Dear Guru's and Leanred Members: Namaste, I have found the Rahu Kalam is as follows: 1) If the sunrise is at 6:00 AM and Sun set is at : 6:00 PM Mon : 7:30 to 9:00 Tue : 15:00 to 16:30Wed : 12:00 to 13:30Thu : 13:30 to 15:00Fri : 10:30 to 12:00Sat : 9:00 to 10:30Sun : 16:30 to 18:00 2) Can you please educate me the calculations/formulae for Minneapolis city, wherethe Sunrise took place today at : 7:26:25 and expected Sunset is at : 18:29:42 Mon : Tue : Wed : Thu : Fri : Sat : Sun : Also please tell me, how to find this Rahu Kalam in our JH 5 Software. Guest guest
Dear sir, There is one school of thought which holds that irrespective of the time of Sunrise or Sun set, Rahu kalam invariably commences at 6.00 a.m. The other school of thought says that Rahu kalam has to be computed based on Sun rise time. With regards, Jagannathan. --- Rao Nemani <raon1008 wrote: > * Om Krishna Guru * > > Dear Guru's and Leanred Members: > > Namaste, > > I have found the Rahu Kalam is as follows: > > 1) If the sunrise is at 6:00 AM and Sun set is at : > 6:00 PM > Mon : 7:30 to 9:00 > Tue : 15:00 to 16:30 > Wed : 12:00 to 13:30 > Thu : 13:30 to 15:00 > Fri : 10:30 to 12:00 > Sat : 9:00 to 10:30 > Sun : 16:30 to 18:00 > > 2) Can you please educate me the > calculations/formulae for Minneapolis city, where > the Sunrise took place today at : 7:26:25 and > expected Sunset is at : 18:29:42 > > Mon : > Tue : > Wed : > Thu : > Fri : > Sat : > Sun : > > Also please tell me, how to find this Rahu Kalam in > our JH 5 Software. > > Thanks for your help in advance. > > Regards > Raghunadha Rao > > > > > > The New with improved product search ===== Jagannathan . ______________________ India Matrimony: Find your partner online.
