Now calculating the Arudha Lagna (we all refer this as

AL) is not too complicated.

 

First get the Jagannath Hora Lite software developed

by one of SJC Guru's Narasimha Rao Ji from the

following web site:

When you enter your birth details/data into the S/W,

it will calculate most of the things for you, which

includes Arudha's ( we must thank to Narasimha Rao Ji

for this wonderful S/W). For your information, your

AL is in Cn.

 

Secondly, I would suggest to purchase the following

books and study them slowly and steadily.

1) "Vedic Astrology: An Integrated Approach" (Sagar

Publications, New Delhi, India) by Narasimha Rao

2) Crux of Vedic Astrology by Sanjay Rath

3) Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra translation by G.C

Sharma or any other, but I have G.C.Sharma's books.

4) One must have Respect to Guru's and love and

devotion to learn Devine Science. (This is not

available in any book store)

 

Trust me these will get you the most of the basics and

principles of Vedic Astrology. I am also student for

the past 6 months and I am progressing with a

lightning speed with the above 4 items in my

posession.

It shall end up taking a lot of space here. Please read Ch 9 Part 1 of the book

Vedic Astrology-an integrated approach by Sri PV Nararasimhaji. Also you can

download a copy of Jhora software from his site which calculates the arudhas

thereby letting you check your results.
