Birth Time Correction - Help required

I have enclosed the birth chart to the e-mail.

In any case I am going to provide you that again along with this e-mail.

The date of birth is 12/17/2003 and the place of birth is Houston,Texas and time

is the point of contention.

Yes, I am using JH 5.0 Commercial software using " the centre of Sun's disc

appearing in eastern horizon " as Sun rise.So I wrote that the original time of

birth given by sai is almost ok except it does not match Kunda correction.
