Guest guest Posted September 10, 2003 Report Share Posted September 10, 2003 || Om Gurave Namah || Dear Samrat and List members, Please do not post 'thank you', response to personal requests and other such mails with no Jyotish contents to the whole list. Please send personal mails to the individual concerned. Now for the Shat-Trimsa sama dasa. Please refer BPHS Chapter 46 Shat-trimshat-sama 42-43. Count from Shravan to the Janm Nakshatr and divide the number by 8. The remainder 1 etc. will indicate the Dasha Lords, whose order will be, as follows: Candr, Sûrya, Guru, Mangal, Budh, Úani, Úukr and Rahu. Their Dashas will be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 years. If the birth is during the day and Lagn is in the Hora of Sûrya and, if the birth is at night and Lagn is in the Hora of Candr, adoption of this system would be preferable. You can do the calculations manually You see the moon is Moon - PK 3 Li 16' 32.79" Chit 3 Li Li Chittra is the 14th nakshatra. And there are 6 nakshtatra from Shravana to Revati. So Chittra is 20th nakshatra from Shravana 20 % 8 remainder is 4 so the first dasa will be of 4 which is Mars. Chittra has traversed 9d 56m 32.76s of 13.33 degree of whole nakshatra which is = 9+(56/60)+ (32.76/60/60) -------------------------- 13.3333333333333333 =9.9424333/13.33333 =0.7456 or 76.56 % percent of 4 years mars dasa is past so 1.02 year of mars dasa was left at birth, taking 1 year approximate (error of 1 week) Mars 0 to 1 years Mangal 0-1 years Budh 1-6 years (+5) Úani 6 to 12 years (+6) Úukr 12 to 19 years (+7) Rahu 19 to 27 years (+8) Candr ...etc (+1years) Sûrya (+2) Guru, (+3) Mangar (+4) Complete dasa last for 36 year (shat trimshat means 36) You can take antardasa by taking proportional to mahadasa for example in Mercury mahadasa Mars antardasa willbe 4 is to 36 so x is to 5(Mercury years) = (4x5)/36= 20/36 years = 20/3 mnths = 6.66 months will be mars antardasa in mercury mahadasa similarys mercury(MD)-mercury(AD) will be = 25/3 = 8.33 months= 8 month 10 days so on You can it your self and verify my calculations. There are many web versions of BPHS you can refer it for other dasa. Warm Regards, S. Prabhakaran Om Tat Sat -- These calculations were made using the free "Jagannatha Hora Lite" software, which can be downloaded from the website of its author P.V.R. Narasimha Rao (www.VedicAstrologer.org) or from the website of Sri Jagannath Centre (www.SriJagannath.org). -- Untitled Natal Chart April 7, 1974 Time: 8:12:00 pm Time Zone: 5:30:00 (East of GMT) Place: 88 E 22' 00", 22 N 34' 00" Calcutta, India Altitude: 0.00 meters Lunar Yr-Mo: Ananda - Chaitra Tithi: Krishna Pratipat (Su) (21.92% left) Vedic Weekday: Sunday (Su) Nakshatra: Chitra (Ma) (25.43% left) Yoga: Harshana (Su) Karana: Kaulava (Ma) Hora Lord: Sun (5 min sign: Ar) Mahakala Hora: Sun (5 min sign: Aq) Kaala Lord: Saturn (Mahakala: Saturn) Sunrise: 5:27:05 am Sunset: 5:51:19 pm Janma Ghatis: 36.8715 Ayanamsa: 23-30-08.37 Sidereal Time: 9:37:26 Body Longitude Nakshatra Pada Rasi Navamsa Lagna 25 Li 45' 31.83" Visa 2 Li Ta Sun - AmK 23 Pi 54' 20.13" Reva 3 Pi Aq Moon - PK 3 Li 16' 32.79" Chit 3 Li Li Mars - AK 28 Ta 57' 58.05" Mrig 2 Ta Vi Mercury - DK 0 Pi 16' 53.87" PBha 4 Pi Cn Jupiter - BK 13 Aq 15' 11.97" Sata 2 Aq Cp Venus - MK 7 Aq 31' 14.21" Sata 1 Aq Sg Saturn - PiK 5 Ge 38' 37.26" Mrig 4 Ge Sc Rahu - GK 29 Sc 18' 22.81" Jye 4 Sc Pi Ketu 29 Ta 18' 22.81" Mrig 2 Ta Vi Maandi 12 Sc 34' 09.35" Anu 3 Sc Li Gulika 3 Sc 02' 07.17" Visa 4 Sc Cn Bhava Lagna 4 Sc 31' 48.88" Anu 1 Sc Le Hora Lagna 15 Ge 45' 32.31" Ardr 3 Ge Aq Ghati Lagna 19 Ar 26' 42.60" Bhar 2 Ar Vi Vighati Lagna 7 Cn 52' 34.06" Push 2 Cn Vi Varnada Lagna 11 Cp 31' 04.14" Srav 1 Cp Ar Sree Lagna 24 Cn 12' 17.06" Asre 3 Cn Aq Dhooma 7 Le 14' 20.13" Makh 3 Le Ge Vyatipata 22 Sc 45' 39.87" Jye 2 Sc Cp Parivesha 22 Ta 45' 39.87" Rohi 4 Ta Cn Indra Chapa 7 Aq 14' 20.13" Sata 1 Aq Sg Upaketu 23 Aq 54' 20.13" PBha 2 Aq Ta Kaala 22 Sg 18' 45.88" PSha 3 Sg Li Mrityu 11 Aq 08' 18.26" Sata 2 Aq Cp Artha Prahara 9 Pi 40' 41.99" UBha 2 Pi Vi Yama Ghantaka 3 Li 59' 34.67" Chit 4 Li Sc +--------------+ |Su Me |GL |Ma Ke |Sa HL | | | | |AL | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-----------+-----------------------+-----------| |Ju Ve | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-----------| Rasi |-----------| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-----------+-----------------------+-----------| | |Ra Md |As Mo | | | |Gk | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | +--------------+ +--------------+ |Ra | |As | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-----------+-----------------------+-----------| |Su HL | |Me Gk | | | |AL | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-----------| Navamsa |-----------| |Ju | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-----------+-----------------------+-----------| |Ve |Sa |Mo Md |Ma Ke | | | | |GL | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | +--------------+ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
