Guest guest
Dear Jagannathan Ji, As i wrote to you earlier, you present interesting analysis. Can you please write about Suparna Ji's chart. i want to compare my thoughts with yours. OR you think this analysis needs to be done only in a male's chart? (some do say so!). pls reply. regards viswanadham kapisthalam jagannathan <jagannathankr (AT) (DOT) co.in> wrote: Respected Supamaji, Namasthe. Analysis of the chart of Mr.Jayanta Benerjee with reference to child birth. The fifth lord is Mars.he is debilitated.Rahu is with Mars.Fifth lord Mars does not have needed strength. His sign dispositor Moon is with jupiter. That is good and gives scope for hope. The fifth lord from the Moon sign is Mercury. He is a malefic and otherwise also he lacks strength. The fifth from Jupiter is aspected by Venus. That again is good. The Aruda padas of the 3rd and the 9th from lagnam are , Of the third is Dhanus wherein Venus is posited. The Sun is not in the 2,6,8,and 12 positions to the said Aruda padam.Venus denies fetility. Of the 9th ,Taurus is the Aruda padam .The lord is in the sign of a benific. Sun is not in the 2,6,8and 12 position from the said arudapadam. This Aruda padam has strength, ofcourse. Cosidering from Sun, The Aruda padam of the third is ,Katakam.Malefics are situated there and it is eigth from lagnam. The Arudapadam of the 5th is in katakam. No strength.?Again Sun is in the 8th from the Aruda padam. It also confirms lack of atrength. Therefore lack of ability to contain jeeva. The Arudam of the 9th from Sun is Aquarius. It seems to indicate some strength.?Therefore possibly remedial measures may strengthen the 5th bhavam ,in addition to medical treatment?.Consulting an expert for pariharam may help?. Let us see what beejam has got to tell us. Beeja Sputam: Suns longitude is 312-17+Longitude of Venus is 268-00+Longitude of Jupiter is 327-32=907-49.Expunging multiples of 360 from 907-49 we get 187-49.Dividing this figure we get 7-49 of Libra ,which is the beejam of the native. This is aspected by Jupiter and therefore shows strength. Therefore performing Pariharam may strengthen the 5th bhavam . The next one is the Sapthamsam. The presence of Venus from the 5th of the chart may deny fertility.Lagnalord Shani is in 11 and it is good. The 5th lord Marcury has rasi aspect on Mars and exalted Sun with the Aruda padam of the 5th bhavam. This seems to strenthen the 5th bhavam.Possibly it is my wild imagination?. The Vimshottaridasa bhukthi in progress are Mercury dasa, Mars bhukthi and followed by Rahu bhukthi till 29-8-2006.Mercury,Mars and Rahu are weak in rasi chart?.Rahu bhagavan is in the sapthamsa lagnam in own sign?.Mars in own sign with exalted Sun?in Sapthamsam and the 5th bhavapadam is situated there in.Mercury has rasi aspect on them in Sapthamsam?. I wish all good luck to the native. I have attempted to make a clear analysis and I hope that my analysis may help you to study the horoscope further. Offering my pranams to Rev.Gurus . Get a second (and possibly even a third) opinion about your case from a reputable gynecologist before proceeding further. You are already past 40 and approaching menopause -- even without other complications, getting pregnant at this stage may involve lot of IVF trials before success. However, I can fully understand and do sympathize with your desire to have a child of your own.Ok, as far as your chart goes, it seems that your birth details show an ascendant which can change from Sag to Cap depending on whether it is 8:50 or 8:51 ... even if the time is exact, the place of birth (east or west calcutta) may shift the ascendant one way or the other. However, from the details you give, the Capricorn ascendant seems more likely. As can be expected, there are several afflictions to the fifth lord from Ascendant (Venus), which is the primary indicator of children; it is debilitated in navamsa and conjunct with Ketu, Mercury and Mars in the 12th house. Furthermore, there is papa-kartari to the house where Venus is "hemmed in" by Sun and Saturn which sit in adjacent houses. You were running Rahu-Venus-Jupiter at the time when the pregnancy was established in Jan 03. When you lost the pregnancy in June 03, you were running Rahu-Venus-Saturn. Saturn is strong and aspects the putra-karaka, Jupiter and is involved in the papa-kartari yoga. To summarize, based on your horoscope, I see only one planet which is capable of giving children i.e., Jupiter. If you had tried during the Ra/Ju period, you probably would have succeeded ( Jul 92 - Dec 94 ). The next period of Ra/Su starts in May 04 (up to Feb 05). This period is reasonable (although I would not call it positive) for child birth (conception may take place before). On the positive side, Su aspects the 5th (his exaltation position), he is reasonably placed in rasi chart, he is aspected by Jupter and does not have any malefic aspects. On the negative side, he participates in papa-kartari to Venus, and he exchanges signs with Saturn in navamsha and he is the lord of the evil 8th house. I think you will atleast partially succeed in your efforts towards pregnancy in his sub-period. However, full success depends on being extremely careful during the whole of the pregnancy, since there are many evil sub-periods during the 10 month Ra/Su period. If you can make this commitment, you should try again. On a positive note, I can tell you that the upcoming Jupiter period (2007-23) indicates that you will have some children .... whether they are your own or adopted.Your husband's chart also confirms the evil placement of the fifth lord (Mars), who is debilitated in rasi and is conjunct Ra in the 8th house and aspected by a strong Sa and Me. During the next year, he will be running Me-Ra; there is not much hope here, except that both his rasi and navamsa dispositors are conjunct Jupiter which is the only positive indication I can find. He will be in Me-Ra-Ju period from Aug - Dec 04; this might be the time period, if any, when he can have a kid in the next 2-3 years.Over all, I recommend trying IVF between Mar-May 04 for potential baby birth during late 04.Best,Krishna> I have newly joined this group and am very glad to see lots of > discussions and predictions that has really come true. Guest guest
Thanks a lot for going through my chart and doing calculations. After seeing the calculations of Jagannathanji for my husband and combining these two , do you think there is some hope for us to get a baby in 2004? As for adoption, US law is very strict for permanent residents to adopt a baby from India . If u can also speak of some remedies/puja, we shall do our best. Kamal kapoor , astrogist from Delhi prescribed me to worship santan gopal jantra. Pl. suggest me ,if u can. Thanks a lot for your time. Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krishna|| ||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Dear Suparna, Yes, Worship of Santana Gopala or Bala Gopala is best. The following prayer is from Sanjay Rath's article and is reproduced below for your attention. I hope this helps. May Lord Jagannath grace you both. Santana – Gopala Mantra (Narada Rishi; Anustup Chanddah): Devakisutam Govindam Vasudevam Jagatpatim Dehim-Tanayam Krishna-twa-maham Saranagatah. Remarks: Meditate on Lord Krishna rising from the sea in a chariot with Arjuna and bringing a baby son (to us). It is best to start this mantra in a Holy place near the sea, preferably Puri as the mantra specifically refus to the Jagannath Rupa (form) with the word "Jagatpatim". One lakh Japa followed by a proper pooja as described above gives an illustrious and dutiful son. The above excerpt (with the original Sanskrit text) is available at the end of the webpage: http://www.srath.com/lesson/saptamsa_2.htm Dear Krishna (quietwolf1972), No point in going to a doctor if the doctor doesnt believe in the efficacy of prescribing medicines. If you dont believe in finding the correct remedy after diagnosing the problem, then there is no use of diagnosing the problem. Refer Sanjay's book on Vedic remedies in astrology (VRA). Dear Jagannathan and Vishwanadham, Kudos to you both for making this case interesting. You can refer to the weblink above for more on this topic. regards Hari vedic astrology, suparna banerjee <suparna1000> wrote: > If u can also speak of some remedies/puja, we shall do our best. > Kamal kapoor , astrogist from Delhi prescribed me to worship > santan gopal jantra. Guest guest
Hari, To carry your metaphor further, I think it is a greater sin to pretend to be a doctor when you are not one. Guest guest
Hari, I am not sure what I need to explain. You were equating astrological remedies to a doctor's treatment. Since I do not believe in astrological remedies, I was pointing out that giving a false sense of hope to people by prescribing such remedies does more harm than good. Guest guest
Dear Ramdas Rao, > Sorry for the interference. You said that you does not belive in Astrological Remedies. Then what is the use of learning Astrology ? There need not be a use for everything that we do. Why do we dance, listen to music or walk in the woods? I dabble in astrology because I am curious and it is a fun intellectual exercise. >Now for example, a unmarried girl's father approaches you to ask when his daughter will get married as the age is increasing and worried about his daughter's marriage. Then what will be your explanation to his query? Is that you tell him that in his daughter's chart, there are many afflictions are there to get married and so it may delay further? If your car does not start it is useful to know that it is caused by a dead battery and not a blown fuse. There are many ways to fix the battery but I do not believe that chanting mantras is one of them. >Do you not think of any remedy for reducing the malefic effects of planets ? Astrology without a remedy is zero.Remedy is the Heart of Jyotish. This is your own opinion. I do not agree with you. Astrology = prediction. Whether some one can use that prediction to right the course of their life depends on many factors including the person's capability to understand their predicament. > As per my knowledge,I had seen almost about 1000 or more charts from past 18 years and I have suggested remedies for the problems and such remedies have helped the common man to reduce such planetary afflictions and the problems solved at the earliest. > For each specific problem there is Astrologic remedy. There are many experienced Astrologers than me and I have seen their perfect remedies working. But onething is that the Astrologer should follow some rules which are mentioned in Prashna Margam and then only his remedeis will work and will benefit the consultant. How do you know that your mantras actually helped these people? At the most, I see them giving people moral support during tough times. But this can also be done by talking to an older mature person in the family or (in the case of western countries) talking to a psychologist or counselor. It has been entertaining, but I hope we can end this argument in harmony and part ways agreeing to disagree. Best, Krishna
Guest guest
Jai, > When we talk about mantras we are not talking about repairing a car battery (Although there is actually someone out there doing car astrology (Search google)). Take my word and call AAA the next time your car breaks down. You will thank me for it :-) >Anyway, It's a well known fact even according to "modern" science that sound directly impacts the psyche of an individual. For example, your mother's voice, someone screaming at you, etc all evoke certain emotions. Those emotions may "will" your body to do something. Similarily, when most people hear music (essentially sounds repeating, beats, rhythm, meter etc) they like, they respond in a positive manner sometimes making him/her happy, overjoyed or even ecstatic. Which is why almost everyone "likes" listening to music although there seems to be no apparent use for it -like you say, or is there? > There definitely exists the possibility that mantrams can actually work, atleast is making someone happy. Common, it doesn't take a genius to figure this one out. I acknowledge that yoga in it's many forms is helpful to heal and soothe the human psyche and body. I am not disputing this well known (if not well understood) fact. What I do not agree with is that you can jump from this fact to a conclusion that there is a "possibility that (astrological) mantrams actually work". Guest guest
Dear Ramdas Rao, I fail to follow the logic in your mail. First you say: > Dear Krsihna, > If you are not beleiving in remedies, then leave it.I dont want to argue with such kind of people who does not have belief in remedial measures. And then you say: >Now you have asked me whether my remedial measures have worked ,but this has to be answered by the people whom I gave them remedial measures and the results they got if they used them strictly as per procedure. But anyhow I again press you that without remdies there is no Astrology at all. In the same note you: (a) declare that you do not want to argue with me and then (b) insist that I accept a view which is not acceptable to me. This is inconsistent reasoning. >Did you not read Sunils mail sent just yesterday about curing of cancer? just ask him and I dont want to discuss those things. I am glad that the cancer was cured. But this does not prove much beyond the fact that your mantras helped support the lady in question during a difficult phase of life. Further more, did your mantra help her or did her visit to Amritanandamayi Mata help her? Best, Krishna
Guest guest
Yes, very useful. But, as I point out below, you can also get that from other sources. Furthermore, if you approach the right person (like a good gynecologist for a pregnancy question), along with moral support, you can also get very good practical advice on how to fix your problems.
