Dear Shaheen,

 

I am a student, still learning. My comments are as under;

 

1. Kendradhiapati dosha applies to when benefices own Kendra i.e. 1, 4, 7 or 10.

For Virgo ascendants Jupiter is lord of 4 and 7. It therefore attracts the dosha

and could function as Malefic (or the benefic effects of a natural benefic could

diminish). This however may be felt during its dasa. Virgo being a duel sign,

7th house becomes badhaka house and 7th lord badhaka planet. Badhaka planets

are known to create obstructions to significations of badhaka houses, probably

during their dasas.

 

2. Mercury is the lord of lagna and 10th house. Lagna lords generally give

benefic effects, however this too is a benefic owning a Kendra, hence

attracting kedradhipati dosha making it functionally malefic. I understand

however that Kendradhipati dosha has a greater impact on Jupiter and Venus,

much lesser on Mercury!

 

3. For marriage you need to see 7th house, 7th lord and Venus both in D1 and D9.

Information given indicates that 7th lord is Jupiter and it is placed in 4th

house, which I think is a good sign. it is however essential to see the aspects

on 7th lord too. You also need to check 7th house also in detail. Astrologers

prefer to check 7th from Lagna as well as Moon depending on strength of the

moon.

 

4. It may be a good idea for you attach the chart. I am sure members who are

knowledgeable, would post their comments. Their comments will benefit you as

well as students like us.

K D simply means a natural benefic owning a kendra house. jupite is anatural

benefic and always tends to do good regardless of ownership. only time he is

bad is during his dasa period.otherwis his aspect and conjuntions always tend

to do good ,if only badly afficted his goodness is blemished.

the quetion u have raised can not be answered without considering the chart as

a wholeas there may be combinations for or denying for mariage etc.

Do not worry about effects on marriage. Kendradhipati dosha of Jupiter is

cancelled as he is in his own house sagitarius.

Hello Chandrashekhar Ji

 

I have a question abaout guruchandal yoga when Jup is also in own

house.

If Jup is own house in sagitarius but rahu also there

Then their is Guru chandal yoga. Virgo ascendants with Jup and Rahu

in 4th in own house, Then is the guruchandal yoga gets canceled or

less malefic?

Dear KPK,

It is not always that Guru Chandal yoga is malefic. The reason is that Rahu by

its very nature , acts as the planet that it asociates with. It also gives

results of the Bhava that it occupies and the bhavadhip if not associated with

a planet. With Rahu with Guru in Guru's house would give results similar to

Guru. In the addition it would be Neecha and some blemish would result to the

indications of 4th house, more so as Guru, itself, gives some problems to the

indications of the House it occupies. The effects of Hansa yoga caused bu Guru

in own house in a Kendra are therefore not realised.

Hello Chandrashekhar ji

I was told by many people that Guruchandal yoga in my chart is very

harmful. I should take care of handling money with my parents? Also

since my Sun debilited, Some said even my father is not good for my

money. Though as per my experience My mother has been very helpful

and has major role in my upbringing. She supports me a lot. My father

though More outward type has never harmed me in my money matters. But

I somehow what you have said is correct. Though right now also I can

get all support from my parents , there is some kind of deficiency is

what I am experienceing. As I am in US , cannot get thier support

fully as they are in india.

 

Thank you very much for clearing my doubt about Guruchandal yoga.

 

It has given me a diff view looking at it. As many consider Rahu ketu

have exaltation and Debilation signs, What I know they have effects

based on sign they occupy and planet they asscociate with.
