Guest guest Posted December 17, 2003 Report Share Posted December 17, 2003 Dear Hari Sorry for interfering here..just now saw that you mentioned, " Ar, Ta, Cn, Sg, Cp and Pi are pristodaya signs (rise with the back) while Ge, Le, Vi, Li, Sc and Aq are shirshodaya (rise with the head) signs." I think all benefic signs(Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Libra and Sagittarius) are Shirshodaya signs , while all malefic signs(Aries, Leo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Aquarius) are Pristodaya signs and the only Ubhayodaya sign is Pisces. However I do not have sanskrit fonts as required for these shlokas(any ideas about getting these fonts?) and hence could not read them. I understand what you are saying regarding these signs, but still I am confused why these signs are mentioned differently in Shri Rath's Narayana Dasa book (P.77)...is it a printing mistake?
