Guest guest
Dear Harsha, To my knowledge, nadi jyotish locate the leaves on which one's predictions are given by asking certain questions and their confirmation leads them to correct leaf. The answers that are to be given are with reference to the time of visit.Any wrong answer could lead to most of the answers matching but the horoscope coming out wrong. The reson is that Nadi amshas relate to 150 part of a rasi. Usually their charts match those drawn with Lahiri ayanamshas too. I am wondering what type of chart system is used in these readings? What Ayanamsa is used? Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekhar, Thanks for the reply. I did get the correct leaf for sure. It matched all my details perfect, however some of the planetary placements mentioned in the reading isn't correct. For example it says lord of the 10th house to the Moon is Jupiter and it is found in an exalted position in your horoscope. This is not true when it comes to Jupiter's placement when using Lahiri Ayanamsa, however the rest is correct. Jupiter is the 10th lord from the Moon but placed with the Moon (in Gemini) and is not exalted. However, if I use Raman Ayanamsa, this placement and the rest is all correct. The problem is, using Raman Ayanamsa Jupiter would be in the 12th from Lagna (Leo) but the reading talks about a lot of material gains in regards to career, like Jupiter being in the 11th from lagna (which is the case using Lahiri Ayanamsa). There are two other planetary placements mentioned in the reading: Lord of the 2nd house to the moon in your horoscope is an auspicious planet - This is Moon itself using both Ayanamsa's Lord of the 7th from Moon is Jupiter and it is found in the 2nd house in your horoscope - Jupiter is the 7th lord from Moon using both Ayanamsa's however placed in the 12th using Raman and 11th using Lahiri. So I am a little confused here. Any help would be really appreciated. The Nadi reader said it says in my leaf that the 11th chapter (relating to profits and second marriage) can not be read to me until I get married, I'm not sure what that's all about. My birth details are: July 31st, 1978, 8:35AM, Latitude: 7N18, Longitude: 80E39, Zone 5:30 Best regards, Harsha vedic astrology, "Chandrashekhar Sharma" <boxdel> wrote: > Dear Harsha, > To my knowledge, nadi jyotish locate the leaves on which one's predictions > are given by asking certain questions and their confirmation leads them to > correct leaf. The answers that are to be given are with reference to the time > of visit.Any wrong answer could lead to most of the answers matching but the > horoscope coming out wrong. Guest guest
Dear Ash, The planetary placements are almost identical to Lahiri. Why did you suggest Krushnas Ayanamsa? Guest guest
respected sir, i faced a similar problem with the nadi chart.infact all the planets placed in the vedic chart is similar to the nadi chart except mercury(in vedic chart(lahiri) it is in capricorn at 28.56 degree, but in nadi chart it is placed in aquarius).i asked him about the longitude of the mercury in aquarius but he didn't disclose anything.so may be their ayanmasa might differ more than atleast 1.5 degrees. to check their ayanmasa i feel the dasa system might help. i have already passed through venus mahadasa and mercury antardasa.i felt that the placement of mercury in aquarius is matching.my lagna is scorpio( venus + ketu in aquarius) and mercury in aquarius will give effects pertaining to education(4th house) .i changed once the subject which i was studying.the first part of the dasa i was doing my mathematics honours and then i shifted to engineering after 1 year.ofcourse as 11th(desire) lord and 8th(obstacle) i met with few dissapointments and at the same time i came across good and bad friends as well. my date of birth and time if of any help is 3rd feb,1980 2:44 a.m ,calcutta yours truly anirban basu vedic astrology, "hjay" <digitalfury> wrote: > Dear Ash, > > The planetary placements are almost identical to Lahiri. Only in 3 instances that the planetary placements are mentioned in my reading. Guest guest
Dear Sir, May I answer your question?.The positions of planets which are given in Nadis tally with the planetary Nirayana logitudes which are given as per one South Indian almanac by name "Pambu Panchangam"This panchangam is a monthly publication and I think that you may be able to secure a copy of it /past numbers from a place called Arcot located in South Arcot District of Tamil nadu.It is very near a place called Vellore which place again is very near to Chennai. A traditional family of astrologers compile the almanac as per the ayanamsa worked out by their fore fathers.I heard that ,long ago,a soft ware was designed and there is an ephemeris also with that ayanamsam ,I dont know where it is available. This of course has to be subject to verification. I obtained a copy of last years panchangam from a book centre at Skandagiri, Hyderabad which is "Jankalyan book centre,Sri subramanya swamy Devasthanam Skandagiri temple Secunderabad,61." "Manonmani Vilasam press .53,Bhashya karalu veedhi, Ponditoppu, Chennai,79.", this is another address. I think that the information which I have given serves your purpose. Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekhar, I got caught to a charlatan twice within the last year and made sure it won't happen again. So this was the real thing. It's Jupiter's placement that doesn't seem to match here. Could 10th lord Jupiter being placed 2nd from Moon and 12th from Lagna in Vargottama give a lot of material gain relating to career? Looking at what has happend within the last few years in my life, it has for sure and the reading predicts it will in the future too. Best regards, Harsha vedic astrology, "Chandrashekhar Sharma" <boxdel> wrote: > Dear Harsha, > The reason could also be that the time recorded might be a bit off the > mark.Though I doubt that time could be that far off to allow Jupiter being > posited in Cancer. Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekhar, Thanks for the clarification. So most probably the planetary placements in the Nadi reading has Moon stronger than Lagna because all the planetary calculations mentioned is done from Moon. The chart I get using Raman and Lahiri both have Lagna stronger than the Moon though. Guest guest
Dear Ramadas, I tried KP but it's very close to Lahiri so I don't see any changes in planetary placements compared to Lahiri. I didn't think they actually give you your chart. I wasn't given a chart, only some of my planetary placements were mentioned. I will ask for mine. Guest guest
Dear all, Amazingly one of my friends also underwent the same experience. His nadi reading was very accurate for the past events. However, the future did not unfold as was given by Nadi astrologer. Also, I saw the chart given to him by the nadi astrologer. And it does not match his rasi chart! I do not remember exactly what was the mismatch... Apparently the nadi reader was not fake, as per this person, since he told him all his past life events and name of his family members, and many other things. Then why is the future not at all like how the Nadi astrologer said? Also, why is the rasi chart different? Namaste.
