Sarpa Yoga Question

In accessing Nabhasa Yogas Rahu and Ketu are omitted as they are Chaya Grahas

and only 7 planets have to be considered.So in 10th house Surya exalted with

Shani has formed a Sarpa Yoga.Budha ® is weak as he is Vakra ( also he is

near to Surya ).Now the native's AK is Shani,AmK is Kuja and BK is Shukra.See

them in Navamsha.12th from Shani in Dhanu is Kuja,the AmK and 6th from Kuja is

Surya exalted and Vargothama and 7th from AmK Kuja is Shukra,the BK in his own

house.So by considering all these, I suggest him to worship Godess Tripura

Sundari.The reason here I am giving is 12th from AK is Kuja in a even sign

which is considered as a female sign and Kuja indicates Shakti or power.6th to

him is Surya who has Rashi Drishti on Kuja indicates immence light and a king

and Shukra in his own house,an even sign and all these indicate a Female Godess

who is none other than Mother Tripura Sundari. The best time to start HER Mantra

is on Makara Sankranti day ie., on 14th

of January 2004.

I was looking at my brothers chart and I see a Sarpa Yoga (3 or more malefics in

quadrants - Ke - 1st house - cancer, Ra - 7th house, Su and Sa in 10th house). I

would like to ask him to chant dattatreya's mantram - "aasikam muni-rajam namo

namah." However I am confused due to the following factors:

1. Sa is AK, so is a mantram of the Ista devata more suitable?

2. Me conjoins the Su and Sa combination in aries thereby acting as the only

benefic that is capable of breaking the sarpa yoga - So does that mean he

should find a suitable krishna's mantram (for mercury)?

3. Since AK is involved any mantram he chooses, musn't that be in tune with the Ishta devata?

Finally, is it best to start the mantrams when Sun enters the sign where Rahu is

posited (and keep to the mantram for 40 days)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for such a fine elucidation to help clear my doubts. It's truly a

blessing to have you on this list. Ramadasji, I was searching for a good

mantram for Tripura Sundari and I found this. "Kleem

Tripurasundarimoorthaye Namah" Is this a good mantram to chant? Also, how

many times does one have to repeat it in order to get siddhi? From what i have

heard previously, they say one must start at a sankranti and repeat it for the

next 40 days in order to obtain siddhi. But is there a specific number of times

one has to repeat it each day for those 40 days? Also, what determines the

number of times that a mantram has to be chanted?
