When planets are under parivarthana they are said to be powerful and offer the results as like that of exalted planets. Parivarthana or Mercury and Jupiter is usually good for education and if the native tries well he/she can go up very high in education. In yoiur case it can give a good education. The other one you have mentioned is Vipreet Raja Yoga, this yoga can fetch a lot of welath during the dasa of those planets. Also this yoga is expected to get a nice job. I differ from James among the parivarthana the parivarthana of the lord of the fifth and ninth house lords in those houses are ineffective and considered as dull parivarthana and cannot offer good results. One of the famous example for Parivarthana yoga is the horoscope of Our ex Prime minister Indira Gandhi who she had six planets under parivarthana.
