Usually it is done on thursday, since you wish to know for the each and every native, it is better to find out where the Jupiter is placed in natal chart. Then that lord's day can be good. For example if Jupiter is in Scorpio or Aries, it is the house of Mars so Tuesday can be a good day for Mauna Vrata.
