Even Sanjay ji said in his book before giving any principles that you take the

7th from dasa sign if dasas start from 7th. He said everything else applies

after that.

 

In any case, it is my view that the 3 parts rule and others apply to the 7th

from dasa sign, if dasas start from 7th. May Jupiter's light shine on
