Guest guest
|Namah Shivaaya| Dear Sumrao, The site you frequented is probably one giving an introduction to possible combination of the Stars playing out in our lives. Take it a step further, if possible, and try to figure out the basis of such...? We have 12 Rashis (Constellations). They are further sub-divided into Nakshatras (Asterisms). Within the Nakshatras are the 4 Padas (Dharma, Artha, Kaama, Moksha). If I could use an anology, the Rashis are reflective of an environment. We have 12 Houses mapping into the zodiac. Each has a significance. We have 9 recognized planets as per Vedic Astrology. When we integrate and synthesise the above three in a chart, the magic of the Heavens dance before us, enticing us in a mystery that is. Consider what you have written below. 1) Jupiter in 11th. First understand Jupiter. Brihaspati, considered the prime minster, protector, wise, and expansive..... yellow like the leaves about the fall, elderly, and dense. You can read a lot more in describing this planet from other places. Next consider the House placement. The 11th is Laabh Sthaan, where one considers that what is put in, and that what is reaped from it. It is also the house of friendship, elder sibling, the study of the occult, etc. Why these? How are these inferences derived? The 4th (study) from the 8th (occult / transformations) is the 11th. Hence, the study of the occult. Likewise, it can be considered the Father's younger sibling (3rd from the 9th). Consider the principles, and also use a standard text such as Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra (BPHS) and Maharishi Jaimini Upadesa Sutras (MJUS), considered amongst the encyclopedic texts in this field. Now consider the Rashi, itself. What is the Rashi? What is it trying to teach us? Is the lord of the house friendly to the planet which resides here? Would a planet such as Jupiter be more comfortable in Saggitarius or Pisces (Rashis it rules) or that of Capricorn or Aquarius (as ruled by Saturn, which is harder to control by Jupiter)? Would the Minister be happy in teh Royal courtroom, being in the Sign of Leo, or welcomed to the Queen's home (Cancer)? Would someone like you react differently in a courtroom (Libra), or perhaps bring out your inner child and enjoy playing in the playgrounds (Gemini)? Would a judge (Jupiter) enjoy the courtrooms, or would a criminal be comfortable in the environment? The room is the same. The people in it (similar to the planets) are different. [What if Jupiter was in teh 3rd House?] Use the above examples to understand how the combinations you wrote about may play out in the life of a person. The above is simply one systematic approach to understanding the charts. I'm sure others have their methods, and with time, you will create your own. Jupiter's aspects the 5th, 7th and the 9th. From the 11th House, it gazes on the 3rd House (Parakrama), the 5th House (Purva Punya), the 7th House (Alliances / Doorway into the next life). Could this be another clue into the doings of Jupiter in the 11th House? I hope this gives you some insight into the combinations you have mentioned. Best wishes, Nitin. :> vedic astrology, sumrao@h... wrote: > Dear members, > > I read in some site that > if jupiter in 11, that native blessings will come true as if saint > blessings > and > if mars in 7, that native curses will come true(they suggested it is > not better to make dispute with that natives). > > how far this true?? > > i noticed few persons, i don't know about first case, but 2nd case > is true in some cases,... > > > thanks > sumrao
