Namaste Rao-ji,

 

I tried this principle on one "challenge chart"

that was presented last month (Jeffrey Dahmer,which

we know was imprisoned).

I used the Rasi chart

looking for equal number of planets in

the houses who sum is equal to 14.

 

Dahmaer's details from that thread:

May 21, 1960, 4:34 PM (5 hrs west of GMT)

42 N 57

87 W 54

 

In this case, Ke in A8 and Ve in A10 are

6th and 8th houses from the lagna respectively.

This is sufficient information to conclude

imprisonment? Can you please clarify?

Is Rasi chart the right chart to be looked at?
