Importance of Guna matching for marriage compatiblity

Dear Nisarg,

 

I have not done much of chart matching.

 

But this points based Guna matching should only be taken a rough

indicator. In the 36 points There are many kinds of matches done

Gana, Yoni, Varna etc. Not all are needed to match the charts.

Certain matching like Stree dirga can be ignored if there is no

danger to spouce's longevity etc. Like Varna matching maybe important

to only certain people. Each parameter's reason should be understood

and then matching done.

Primarily Upapada can be matched and then Nakshatra, tithi chakra

based matching.

There is more to matching charts It's best given to an

able Jyotisha for a better view.

I understand that the compatiblity between the couple are seen with the means of the

following thumb rule: Verify that both have ( 1 ) Manglic ( 2 ) Saturn & Raghu dosha .

( 3 ) There should not be dasa santhi ( 4) Both should not have overlaping of malafic dasa .

( 5 ) Bride grooms lagnam & its lord should be relatively stronger to his 7 th house .

( 6 ) Bride's lagna & its lord is to in viceversa to the above .

( 7 ) Match the 10 dasaguna , such of those points which they lack are to be compensated

in the horoscopes .

( 8 ) Rajju , Vedha , Naadi are very important excceptionaly it could also be

waived provided the raasis are samasapthama ( see excceptions ) , their lords

are Amsesaparamamaithriyam and Groom's longevity is more than the Bride's .

I have covered all major points , add any thing that you may deem it fit .

Please elaborate on :

( 2 ) Saturn & Raghu dosha

( 3 ) There should not be dasa santhi

( 4) Both should not have overlaping of malafic dasa .

For lag ,rasi , venus Raghu / Ketu should not find a place in the 2nd / 8th

house .

For lag , rasi , venus Saturn should not find a place in the 2nd / 7th house .

It is better that the above finds a place in both the hors---in single it is void .

For VATHU / VARAN the same dasa should not commence with in a span of 6 months .

For Vathu / Varan should not face their dhursthana dasas running parallel .I

presume that I have made it clear .
