Dear Mukund,

I was born into Rahu dasa as natal Moon sits in Swati. Birth

details are as follows: 8th Dec 1958 1.01am Mildura, Victoria, Australia (142E09

34S12) -10hrs

Narasimha's examples of TP charts so intrigued me, I looked to a date from my

childhood which was extremely traumatic for me. I was tortured on a Sunday

morning sometime after 9am. I came to the conclusion the date must have been

19th Feb 1968. I played with a few charts before 12 noon on that day, not that

it matters. What I found to be very interesting is Rahu in the company of

Saturn and Mars was transiting 8th hse natal Ketu by a degree. I was running

Rahu/Venus/Sun. Lagna Lord Sun was in 7th hse Aquarius. Sun is PiK, but there

was no one to save me!!.

A brief description of the incident...My beloved and kindly Doctor went on

holidays which left me at the mercy of his replacement, a notoriously

'cold-hearted butcher'. He unexpectedly stormed on to the childrens ward and

announced he was dismantling the traction binding both my legs as treatment for

a fractured left neck of femur. I had steel rods drilled through both tibia

which were attached to ropes, pulley's and weights.( I had been hit by a truck

and dragged some 100 metres which also tore the tendons from the bones of both

tibia and ankles.)

The dismantling procedure is done under a general anesthetic in the operating

theatre. God only knows what this doctor was thinking, but he decided to go

ahead there and then on the ward, despite loud protests from the nursing staff

and without any pain relief for me whatsoever.

These steel rods don't just slip out, they require much twisting and turning,

wrenching, yanking and shaking. The pain was absolutely indescribable and it

just went on and on...

I don't know if you have ever been in an accident or under extreme physical

stress, but it is quite an unreal experience; everything slows down and you

notice little things in minute detail.

I hold no ill will against the doctor, what can you expect from a crazed

psychopath?. The nurses that left the room in protest were of no use to me. It

was the nurses that stayed, albeit under duress, and powerless to intercede in

stopping this barbaric act that I admired. They made their humanity clear to

me, their kindness was my only balm.

I don't believe in the theory of tit for tat karma, I remember a few of my

past lives and I wasn't mean and cruel in any of them. I have malefics in

trines to natal lagna yet abject cruelty is not in my nature. It is definitely

food for thought when the karmic axis is so dramatically triggered, however.

I am presently running Saturn maha Rahu bhukti and will have Rahu transiting

natal Ketu in little over a year from now. I am praying and touching wood; I

get a little complacent sometimes, thinking what can happen to me that hasn't

already been done!
