There appears to be some mistake. Vimal yoga is correct. Does this show individuals succes through own hard work(1st and 10th lords joining but in a difficult house) away from home(12th house)?.Is this a kind of vipareeta then. If Vyaya's Lord is in Vyaya Bhava, the native will only face heavy expenditure, will not have physical felicity, be irritable and spiteful. My ascendant(Aq)lord is in the 12 th house (Cp). What should be the observation then. Though, Lord of the 12th in 12th might indicate not much distant lands though distant in one's own country. It could also indicate loss of the Father's property at the hands of the native or his lack of enjoyment of father's property. Note that 10th is the Dhana Sthana of 9th.
