Directions for Buying A House

If I am not mistaken, I have read in one of Sanjay ji's books, that your house

direction should not be in the direction where you have A8 in your Rasi chart.

Like for example I have A8 in Aries, I am assuming East facing is not good for

me. And I think it worked better for me whenever I did not live East facing

houses. May be it is just a coincidence.

Anyway, more learned members can correct me if I am wrong.

Dear Raji,

Mesha,Simha and Dhanu are indicative of East direction,Vrishabha,Kanya and

Makara -South direction,Mithuna,Tula and Kumbha-West direction and

karka,vrischika and Meena - North direction.

See from Lagna,4th house and 4th lord and which is stronger ie.,whether 4th

house or 4th lord and Shukra ( As per Nadi Shukra is Gruha Karaka ) whichever

is stronger,in that direction,you can have your house.

I did see many houses but the house which I purchased

happen to face West and slight inclination towards NW.

somehow I preferred this house and when I see the

reason for this, My moon is in Ge(Vargothama), Sa

which is also vargothama in Scorpio. both these

indicate NW with more inclination towards West. (Mo

is my AK and Sa is RYK).

 

It is really interesting as the pieces seem to fit

very well as per the dictum.
