When there is a parivartana between two planets,we have to consider both plantes

have ascertained their own houses.That is how this parivartana works and I gave

Ishta Devatha.Budha is placed in Simha Rasi or 12th from Surya.Now see both

Budha and Surya exchange with each other and so Surya goes to Simha Rasi itself

while Budha goes to Kanya Rasi.Now as AK Surya himself has gone to Simha Rasi,so

what are the effects of such a placement or parivarthna
