As i see it something like a preta dosha/ pisacha badha nivarana is required.

pls advise him to approach an experienced astrologer/ priest to get appropriate

remedies.

 

Mars debilitated in 6th house aspecting lagna (with Ketu) both by Graha & rasi

drishti, is also in exchange with debilitated Moon. Native went through 19

years of Atmakaraka's period from birth. Saturn, Ak is in Scorpio Navamsa. The

results would have been painful.There is no point in listing positives, without

solving the basic problem.

 

On a priority Nivarana as above may be sought.
