Aroodha Lagna ......AL ...A small Doubt.

AL can not be in Lagna or 7th house, as they are considered as Satya Peetha. So

AL will be in 10th from where it would have gone.

 

So, if AL comes to Lagna, where it is not to be, it goes to the 10th house. If

AL comes to the 7th house. it goes to 10th from it i.e. the 4th house. These

are the two exceptions, given in both BPHS & Jamimini's Upadesa Sutras.

Lagna lord Mercury is in 10th (mithun) from lagna. Count 10th house from

Mithun to calculate AL. We get Meena rasi which is 7th from lagna.

Therefore, count 10th from Meena - its Dhanu which is 4th from Lagna. So AL

is in Dhanu.

 

Go through AL concept to understand this. Recommended book is 'Vedic

Astrology - An Integrated Approach' by PVR Narasimha - Sagar Publications.
