Guest guest
Dear Gurus I am very confused with some point (pls help): How we can interpret this combination : 1. Saturn as lord of 9th and 8th in 5th house is : a/ combust b/ is on the beginning of house (2 degrees) c/ is Exalted (with Ge Rasi Lagna) d/ is Vargottama (in Navamsa also Exalt) and in other Vargas also My question is simple: Will be more act like malefic or benefic, or if medium how can we interpret this ? If there is combustion and at the same time exaltation, the result will be medium ? And if medium Sani-graha will be act like be in Neutral Position in Sign ? Or it means something more (combustion&exaltation) ? I hope that I dont disturb You with this easy(not for me) question. With respect, Rafa³
Guest guest
Dear Rafael ji I think no question is easy in astrology:-)atleast for me! I beleive a planet like saturn will do less harm when exalted especially in navamsha. As per Gurujis weak malefics brings more harm than better placed malefics. Moreover a trinal lord cannot be bad. Combustion makes the planet agitated or excited. Thus see how this planet was behaving for matters with repect to its placement and lordship in your case. Initial or end degrees signify exposure to new environments or anticipation for the same for any planet.Understand exposure in terms of the change in tattwas(eg from water to fire etc). Thus the results these planets are supposed to give can be subjected to transformation. This could be a new learning or experiences from the past.May that is the reason people say such planets are good for spirituality.Whether you are a scientist or a Sanyasi its close to spirituality - you have to rise above the normal. Guest guest
Dear Sarvashree.Pradeep / Rafa’, I would like to throw some light on the subject, we all would agree that combustion of planets are the resultant of yuti / cojoining with Sun. There is a general astrological rule applicable in the event of cojoining / yuti of planets. The law of SUBROGATION would prevail in such circumstances, which is explained as under: Regardless of the Sadhabala of planets in general that Raghu / Ketu posses the highest strength then comes Sun next Moon then comes Venus, Guru, Saturn, Mars and mercury. When a lowest powered planet cojoins a superior planet, the superior planet steps into the shoes of the other inferior planet and performs both the duties albeit dhrishti.
