Guest guest
Namaste, If you have access to the back issues of the Astrological Magazine of India, please check the new year issue of 1999. I wrote an article on nakshatramsa (D-27). It was my first published article. I still remember this because not only was this my first article, but this was the first and the last invitation I got from Dr. Raman to send an article. I had communicated with him in the middle of 1998. Suddenly I received a mail from him asking me to send an article for the new year issue. At that time, I knew much less than I do now, but I was very enthusiastic. I was very excited to receive a letter of invitation from my model, Dr. Raman. I sent an article on nakshatramsa. It was published in the January 1999 issue. I think that was the last issue to be edited by the great man. He passed away in December 1998. I mentioned D-27 in mails here too, from time to time. But I have no links or bookmarks to give right away. Sorry. Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna, Namaste Narang Ji, Let me attempt to write to you on what I have learnt so far on Nakshatramsa or D-27. As you can see this is the 27th division of a sign comprising of 1 deg, 6 Min and 40 Sec. and fall into the third cycle or the second harmonic Cycle. This is also called Bhamsa or SaptaVimsamsa (Sapta=7 + Vimsa = 20, total 27). This divisonal chart is used primarily for analysing the inherent Strengths & Weakness of a sign. For example:- ============ The 5th house in nakshatramsa shows one's inherent intelligence. Mars in 5th or Sign Owned by Mars or some connection to Mars with 5th house in D-27 suggests sharp and analytical type of intelligence. In my studies, I have seen many of the Astrologers have the above Mars placement in their 5th house in their D-27, but also, found that some Good astrogers do not have ti too, so that means, it is not a rule, but I usually look at the chart once out of my curiocity. The 6th house in D-27 shows one's proneness to becoming unhappy and disturbed etc., Hope this is of some help to you.
