Guest guest
Namaste, > Any one care to make a prediction? According to the bookmakers the > odds are: Aus 8/13, Ind 13/2 and draw 7/4. I am not very confident of the final outcome of the five-day match, which is going to start in another 15 minutes. But, based on Sachin Tendulkar's chart, I am reasonably confident of a good Test match for the little master. Much has been written in the media about the form - or lack of it - of the maestro. Many commentators and former players have suggested that he is weighed down by high expectations and that he is nervous. Well, I expect based on daily Tithi Pravesha charts of Tendulkar - assuming the data I have is right - that the little master will come back to form in this Test match. Especially, the first day or two are really good for Tendulkar. Hopefully, India will bat first. As far as I know, Anjali is 5 years older so Sa in UL fits...did you confirm in navamsa as well? I would expect Sa to be in 7th house of D-9...is pediatrician (doctor + gold medallist, Bombay Univ) born out as well? Guest guest
Dear Shri Hari ji, Thanks for your kind understanding. Guru Chandrashekhar ji pointed out this when I sent the write-up to the VA group. Please note that I have analysed his mental poise and tried to caution him on his ever thinking habit with overconfidence at times signified by Rahu & Moon combination in Sagittarius. I dont backout from the predictions given for him at all but the current time is not really good for him per transiting planets. Even Sun & Mercury are afflicted which are very important for him to think and comprehend. Let Mars move to Aries and you will see him blasting once again with his bat if he doesn't get a chance to bat when Moon transits through Aquarius or Pisces. He has to be cautious for any kind of muscle problem or fracture all the times. I think this clarifies the situation. Guest guest
Dear Prakash I just went back and checked ur original msg 35122. Yesterday when i was watching TV related to Gen.Musharaf i was thinking about ur predictions.Congrats. So we can wait until 2004 for Sachins Triple or some good knocks and 2005 for Priyanka Gandhi! Predicting for cricket players on a particular day shd be really challenging - congrats for Narasimha ji for accepting that challenge though it went wrong. I would like to say something here. When compared with other games,Cricket is totally a mental game.Because in football or hockey or tennis if you err mentally for a second you still have more opportunities. But when you are batting - if you err you are back in the pavilion. Thus mental concentration and aspects related to that is very important while analysing a batsman. And the next main one is luck - if you get a favourable LBW decision!(My statements are based on own experience - i am fortunate that i am playing some league cricket every summer here!) Thus i see a good logic in the statement of Prakash (sun and mercury- think & comprehend). The vision is always 20/20 when you do post-mortem. I am sorry that I failed in a prediction made based on daily TP charts. Though that wasn't my intention, I ended up doing disservice to the technique. Naturally, some people will be put off when you use an advanced technique and fail miserably. I'll try to do my homework before coming back with more predictions using the same technique. To those who had faith but became disillusioned because of my failure, I am sorry. If anybody has another chart for Sachin Tendulkar, please share it with me. Taking a step back and going to the annual TP chart, I still think that Sachin Tendulkar's bad form will be broken in the next 10 days. Dec 26-Jan 5 is Moon-Jupiter antardasa as per annual Tithi Ashtottari dasa. Moon and Jupiter have a parivartana in rasi chart (involving AL and 8th from AL) and they have a viparita raja yoga in Cancer in D-10 (in the 12th from Leo lagna). It is my expectation that Sachin Tendulkar will get a good score in the next 10 days and break out of the lean patch (I am certainly not infallible and please keep that in mind when you read this). As the great Vishy said the other day, Sachin has three more innings. Even the current Test match is not over yet. We have 3 more days and, in all likelihood, Indian batting will be put to sword in the second innings. May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha

Guest guest
||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Namaste Narasimha, My intention of the email was NEVER to criticize you but to find out what went wrong? As Edison said "I have not failed 700 times. I have succeeded in proving that those 700 ways will not work. When I have eliminated the ways that will not work, I will find the way that will" As you point out again, the accuracy of the available birthtime data for Tendulkar is questionable. There are other yet unknown factors. The only reason I sent the email (to which you responded) is because I was thinking for the past week to do an analysis on Tendulkar's form trying to put my fledgling knowledge to the sword! regards Hari > > Yes, it was a prediction and it went wrong. > > I don't want to do a post-mortem. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Narsimha, In case if Chart of Tendulkar is not correct, why not the effort are made to correct it astrologically ? I request the scholars of this discussion group to list down the birth time rectification principles available in vedic astrology and evaluate the validity of those principles by applying them to various charts including that of Tendulkar. Regards, Vijay Kumar - Narasimha P.V.R. Rao vedic astrology Friday, December 26, 2003 5:19 AM [vedic astrology] Re: Aus-Ind test match Dec 26-30 Namaste, > Any one care to make a prediction? Birthdata: April 24, 1973 Birthtime: 4:25 pm (IST) - unrectified Birthplace: Bombay, India If anybody has the birthdata of other Indian/Australian cricketers, please share it with me. Guest guest
Dear Vijay, Though I am open to considering other birthtimes for Tendulkar, I am reasonably confident that the birthtime I use is almost correct. Otherwise, I would not make a prediction. So, I would not want to use wrong birthtime as an excuse for my failure. However, if others want to rectify, they are welcome to do so. Perhaps I haven't mastered daily charts enough yet and I should not try making daily or hourly predictions (not that I have made hourly predictions, but I was considering making them). But, based on the annual TP chart, I was (and am) more or less convinced that the viparita raja yoga between 8th lord Jupiter and 12th lord Moon in Cancer in D-10 of the annual chart will make Tendulkar break out of the lean patch in Moon-Jupiter antardasa (Dec 26-Jan 5). I may not be good enough to pin-point the dates within this period, but it is my expectation that he will come good in these 10/11 days. Today he looked good and made 44 runs. But I do not think the viparita raja yoga gave its result completely. It is yet to give its result fully. There is more time in this antardasa... During Dec 30-Jan 4, annual Tithi Ashtottari dasa will be Moon-Jupiter and annual Vimsottari dasa will be Jupiter-Moon. Perhaps that is when Moon-Jupiter VRY will give its full results. I still stand by the birthdata I used and the basic prediction that Tendulkar will break out of the lean patch during Dec 26-Jan 5. However, cricker enthusiasts among you who are emotionally attached to the game and to Tendulkar should realize that I am not infallible and not create false hopes. I do not decide Tendulkar's fortune, God does. I only try to decipher it. I can fail. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Narsimha, I have never any regrets for failed predictions and you must have observed that I have never pointed it out to you ! On the contrary, I have respect for your research proceedings on annual horoscopy and on its various other dimensions. The point I wanted to put forth is that because of certain obvious reasons, the birth times of many celebrities are found wrong. Not only for celebreties, even any person who approaches for consultation, it is the duty of astrologer to check the validity of the birth data. Since, this is the forum of a mix of scholars, it is a high time to ascertain various methods of birth time rectifications available in astrological classics. Regards, Vijay Kumar - Narasimha P.V.R.
