Debiliated Jupiter in LAGNA - Why is Neecha Bhanga RY Absent.

Dear Pradeep,

There are many variations of Neechabhanga Rajayoga given in various

texts, oncluding the ones given by you. The strongest one is formed

when Lord of the houselord of the house in which the Neecha planet

attains exaltation( taducchanath) , is placed in Kendra from the

Ascendant or Moon. Even here the one formed by the said planet being

square to Ascendant is more powerful than that by squaring the Moon is

what I think. Of course the other combinations do reduce the effect of

planet being Neecha to some extent.

Cancellation of a planet being Necha, which is different from above is

also caused when the same planet is in exaltation in navamsha.

In the chart where Moon is in scorpio, it is Venus( lord of Tarus the

exaltation sign of Moon) should be squaring Ascendant for a Rajayoga

of NBR variety to occur. Others may hold different views.

If the

ruler of the sign occupied by the debilitated planet is in a kendra

position from the Moon or the Logna. (In

the chart ruler is Mars and it is in kendra from moon as moon conjuncts

mars)

If the

ruler of the sign occupied by the debilitated planet aspects the

planet. (here mars ia aspecting moon

,because of conjunction)

Dear Pradeep,

Venus exated, specially as he is yoga karaka and Saturn in exchange of

house with Jupiter would make a difference. Both 3rd lord and Ascendant

lord get strength. Moon debilitated with Mars would not give rise to

VRY.

Dear Pradeep,

If you could , ask him whether any of the brothers helped

him/sacrificed for him aiding his success? Of course we are talking

about natal chart only and if the lord of 3rd is weak in Navamsha, help

from brothers could be lacking.
