The debilitation of Venus is canceled due to the association of an exalted planet, Mercury. You should read BV Raman's book on yogas. This book explains the rationale for cancellations of neecha conditions in planets. Also, James Braha's book defines this condition well. Also, as Saturn being the Lord of 10 th (carrear) and 11th (gains) house, what would be impact on my carrear? Do I have a bright carrear?
