Muhurtha doubt - Time Zone

I want to clarify a doubt on Muhurtha.

I am born and raised in India and moved to the USA.

Now if I want to perform any act like House Warming(Grihapravesam), how do I

arrive at the correct Muhurtha.

Should I consider my natal chart or should I consider the chart of the local

time zone where I am living now and consider the planetary position in the

current time zone.

Please help me to understand this.

live can be fixed with co-odinates given for that place.

The natal chart is to needed to verify if the star on that day ( in the new

place )is a kshema tara, parama mitra tara etc for the person

The latitude and longitude of the new place is required because we would be

considering the lagna and planetary placement using the co-ordinates of the new

place for the muhurtha.

If my above understanding is wrong please help me to understand.
