Guest guest
Om Namo Narayanaya Dear PSRamanrayanan: Please confirme me if I understood correctly what you said in your message days ago: Since my Bhratru Karaka in my Rasi Chart is Mercury, does this mean that I need to worship the Deity represented by Budha since I still didn´t find a true Jyotisha Guru and am eager to find him when the Lord let that to happen? In that case, could you please be so kind to tell me the mantra I need to use for worshipping Buddha? I downloaded time ago the one that is in Guru Narasimha Rao´s site but though I can listen to it, I´m unable to understand what he is pronounciating. Thanks a lot in advance, Best regards, Mariano SUBHAMASTU SARVAM YAGATAM > SARVAM GYANANANDAMAYAM JAGAT > > AUM GURUBYO NAMAH > > Dear Hari, > > Bhratru karaka is the Guru devatha. The ruling deity of the planet which has become the Brathru karaka is the Guru devatha. For eg. Sun represents Lord Siva, Guru represents Sriman Narayana. The concept of Brahtru karaka can be understood from the Epic Ramayana. For all the three brothers Lakshmana, Bharatha and Satrughna Lord Rama is the Guru. Bharatha taking the word and carrying the paduka of Rama (on his head) returned to the country. The country was ruled by Bharatha's Guru bhakthi. > > Till such time one meets his Guru in sthoola form he can worship the deity ruling the planet which is the Brathru Karaka in his chart with firm faith and intense devotion. The urge to meet one's Guru/Lord should be there. > > Is not Guru the presiding deity for the star Pushyami! Quick and steady progress in Jyotish vidya is possible only through the blessings of BK(Guru/Guru devatha). > > Best wishes, > > Astrologically yours, > > psramanrayanan
