Guest guest
Dear members, Can someone please help with the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra? I did get assistance with the actual Mantra: "Om Haum Joom Saha Om Bhur Bhuvaha Swaha Om Trayumbakum Yajamahe Sughandhim Pushti Vardanam Urvar-ukamiva Bandhanam Mrityor Muksheeya Mamritat Swaha Bhuvaha Bhur Om Shah Joom Haum Om Meaning: O Three eyed Shiva who is fragrant, bless me with health & immortality and sever me from the clutches of death." QUESTIONS: 1. To do it over many days, how many times should the mantra be recited (minimally) each day? 2. Procedure - any naivedyam/offering that needs to be made to any deity, procedures such as sipping of water before/during or after the mantra. 3. Any specific day or tithi that the mantra recitation should commence. Could any member that knows this kindly let me know the same. Eagerly looking forward to help with regards to this mantra. Thanks & best regards, Jayashree
