Just to add a little bit more, what I have learned from guru Ji is as follows:To become a good Astrologer you have to have many qualities, on which one of them is "Vak Siddhi". This can only be attained by the grace of god which is when the 2nd lord is placed in one of the Satya Peetha and is aspected by Jupiter. Such person, even if they say anything by mistake comes true. The second way is not to use foul/bad (in telgu we call "Parusha Paluku") language to any one.
