I agree with Ashwin. According to Dr. B.V. Raman this is the case.

So Jupiter and Mercury are not bitter enemies towards each other.

Greetings,

Jupiter and Mercury are inimical as much that of Sun and Saturn. As far as

the education of the native is concerned Mars is inimical to education. If mars

aspects Mercury I observed the native could not usually afford the education

other than Mars related field if the native attempts other he totally fails in

education.
