Hello Experts..

 

Is it true if

1. Rahu in saggi with Jup in saggi

2. Rahu in scorpio and Mars in scorpio

 

In such cases , Neechbanga happens for Rahu? I am not

sure about neechabanga for Rahu and ketu. I know

about other planets neechbhanga.
