Guest guest
Why is everyone going on and on about Mars being closest it is going to come for X thousand years today 27th August. So much is being said that it is obscuring what has taken place. It is not as though Mars has driven up and parked on Mrs. Earth's doorstep today! Mars perigee (closest point to Earth in its 2 year orbit) has been getting closer and closer for many years. Long term Mars effects building up over years are to be looked for. Such as - for example - large number of underground fires are buring out of control all over the globe - they follow forest fires over coalfields; deepening of bases of conflict all over the globe. It seems to be that Mars has done its job and is now about to drift away - over many years still - to a more normal position. Anyone else noticed anything?
