Dear Ramdas and Chandrashekhar,

Thankyou so much for responding I appreciate the effort.The child's left arm is

disabled.The birth time is as given by the hospital.I did look at the

circumstances at birth briefly which seemed to match for rectification.Please

do suggest remedies.Thankyou again.
