If a chart is bad enough, with all its planets marred, does this mean

that all changes in the life of the chartholder have to be all in one

direction - downwards?

It is rare to see such charts. Maybe some cases with strong Sarpa

yoga/Kalasarpa yoga or Badhakas. But some percent of good is there, at least

in the spiritual sense. If a suffering man starts chanting God's names, he

will escape misfortune and become peaceful and happy. So God's grace si the

chance for everyone.
