Bhava bala, Shodya Pinda and other strenghts

Dear Learned Members and Gurus,

 

Namste! Although this is a pretty vast topic in itself, I was hoping to get a

better understanding on the basics of interpretation based on bhava bala,

shodya pinda and other such strengths. Intuitively speaking, having a greater

strength means the stronger the house or planet is. That means if the kendras

are in strength and the dustanas are weak(bhava bala), then it's good for the

native, etc. However in practice, I find that these strengths are not as simple

to interpret as intuitively one would think about strengths. Can someone kindly

share their views on this topic? Appreciate any help. Thank you.
